Guard members have four options for membership payments:

You may select an annual membership based upon
your grade according to the scale below.
You may select a lifetime membership with a one-time
payment of $1075.00.
You may select a lifetime membership with four
payments of $268.75. You will subsequently
recieve three quarterly billings of the same
amount until the total balance of $1075.00 is
recieved in full. You may return to this site to
make those payments.
Retired members may select a one-time Retired
Lifetime membership for $150.00
